Deep Blue & Ash Handleless Kitchen in Fraserburgh
-
This handleless kitchen in Fraserburgh was designed to create an open-plan space centred around cooking, informal dining and everyday living. A deep blue and warm ash palette gives the contemporary design plenty of character, while the carefully planned layout provides generous storage and a natural connection between the different areas of the room.
-
Nolte Soft Lack cabinetry in Deep Blue is paired with Sand Ash accents, introducing warmth and texture against the rich blue finish. Manganese Bronze handle trims add a subtle metallic detail while maintaining the streamlined look of the cabinetry.
Nolte’s 800mm-high cabinets were used to maximise storage, with the tall cabinetry taken up to the ceiling to make full use of the available space.

Silestone Versailles Ivory worktops provide a light contrast to the Deep Blue cabinetry, with warm veining that complements the Sand Ash and bronze details throughout the kitchen. The surface continues across the generous peninsula, providing plenty of room for food preparation and cooking.
A suite of NEFF appliances includes a Slide & Hide single oven, combination microwave and vented induction hob with integrated extraction.
-
The large central peninsula forms the heart of the layout, combining a generous cooking and preparation area with a connected space for informal dining. Positioning the hob on the peninsula creates an open cooking area, allowing the kitchen to remain connected to the surrounding dining and living space.
Quick-Step Coral Rock LVT flooring, supplied and fitted as part of the project, completes the room and helps create a cohesive finish across the open-plan space.
